What events do you include in Art Class Philly?

I only include one-time events (no multi-session classes) that are geared toward adults and occur in Philadelphia. Expanding that definition any further would make the newsletter way too long.

How do you choose what events go in the newsletter?

Each week I look through a series of bookmarked links for local places that I know host events, browse social media, and check my email, and add pretty much all the events I can find! They are not vetted any further than that, and I do not specifically endorse any of the hosts. Since this is a just-for-fun editorial project, I don’t consider myself responsible for your enjoyment etc. of any event you attend after discovering it in the newsletter.

Can I get my event in the newsletter?

Sure! Just email the title, date/time, price, description of the event, and a link to its publicly accessible listing or sign-up page to info [@] artclassphilly.com. Without a link or description, I can’t include it, sorry!

Does anyone pay you to get a spot in the newsletter? Can I?

Nope! This is a just-for-fun editorial project, and I currently don’t include any paid listings or amplify the work of any paying customers.
